Job Role: We are seeking a motivated Admissions Counselor to join our team in Hyderabad. The Admissions Counselor will play a key role in guiding students through the admission process, promoting our programs, and ensuring a seamless enrollment experience. Responsibilities: Guide prospective students in choosing suitable courses while promoting the institution’s programs. Generate leads and follow up on inquiries through calls, emails. Counsel students on course details, eligibility criteria, and admission processes. Manage documentation and assist students with fee payments. Build and maintain strong relationships with students. Maintain daily reports on student interactions and admissions progress. Skills Required: Strong communication and sales skills. Customer service and relationship-building abilities. Negotiation and persuasion skills. Excellent time management. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools, etc.). Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, Business, or a related field (preferred).  06-2 years of proven experience in sales. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.  Self-motivated and target-driven mindset.
